The contract
Each booking concludes an accommodation contract between you (the guest) and the owner of the booked property, identified in the booking confirmation together with the property’s VV and NRA registration numbers. losgigantesrentals.com acts as booking intermediary for the owners’ group.
Prices and payment
All prices are totals in euros and include IGIC where applicable and all mandatory fees; the exact total for your stay, including the cleaning fee, is shown before you confirm. A deposit of 30% is payable at booking; the balance is due 30 days before check-in. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full at booking.
Cancellation
Flexible rate: free cancellation until 14 days before check-in; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. Non-refundable rate: no refund upon cancellation. The exact “cancel by” date is stated in your booking confirmation. As dated holiday accommodation, bookings are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 103(l), Spanish Consumer Act; Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU).
Check-in / check-out, house rules
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. Guests aged 14+ must present an identity document at check-in for the legally required guest registration (RD 933/2021). Maximum occupancy, and any house rules shown on the property page, are contractual.
